Hot Honey Chicken Bites are a deliciously sweet and spicy appetizer that combines crispy chicken with a sticky hot honey glaze.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 1/2 cup hot honey
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Dip chicken pieces in buttermilk, then coat with the flour mixture.
  3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. Fry chicken pieces until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  5. Remove chicken and drain on paper towels.
  6. Toss the hot chicken bites in hot honey until well coated.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

  • Adjust the amount of hot honey to your spice preference.
  • For a healthier option, bake the chicken instead of frying.
  • Serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping.
