- 1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1 ripe banana, mashed
- 1 cup plain yogurt (unsweetened)
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the sliced strawberries and mashed banana.
- Add the plain yogurt and honey (if using) to the bowl and mix well until all ingredients are combined.
- Pour the mixture into silicone molds or ice cube trays.
- Freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
- Once frozen, pop the treats out of the molds and store them in an airtight container in the freezer.
